Review: Tekken Hybrid

As of 22 November 2011 and then, Tekken Hybrid comes exclusively to the PlayStation 3. The title is a bundle containing two games, the HD remake of the first Tekken Tag Tournament Tekken Tag Tournament title with HD and a demo version of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 with Tekken Tag Tournament 2 titles Prologue, as well as an animated film.

Not just any animated film since bundled with two Tekken games. Yep, this animated film which was built with the CGI in total and has been eagerly anticipated by many fans of Tekken series, Tekken: Blood Vengeance. Comes with Compatible 3D support, if executed via Blu-ray player, and television & special glasses that support 3D, animated film also gives a bonus content.

Two interesting of which is a special discussion that occurs between Katsuhiro Harada, project director for Tekken series, with Dai Sato, Script Writer for Tekken: Blood Vengeance, as well as a kind of making-of video that dijuduli This is Tekken. Both the bonus content will be more fun to be listened to if the gamer has to watch Tekken: Blood Vengeance to complete.

It continued on Tekken: Blood Vengeance, gamers can see the full review of the animated film is from VGI here. Oh, yes. Before you forgot to mention it because last time on Blu-ray player. As the title suggests, is used for Tekken BD Hybrid is the Hybrid Blu-ray Disc, so not only can be played on PS3, but also in Blu-ray player.

By mentioning this, the irony at the same time raises a dilemma. Is this bundle is present as a mere fan service alone? Which is more preferred in this bundle? Movies or games? Games or movies? Even with its own connectivity between Tekken Tag Tournament with TEKKEN 2 Prologue: Blood Vengeance.

The characters are presented in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Prologue are 4 main characters who appear in Tekken: Blood Vengeance, which is Ling Xiaoyu, Alisa Bosconovitch, Devil Jin, and Kazuya Mishima. Strangely though identified and written as Kazuya Mishima, the character was featured in Devil form on this demo version.

Character design, costume, and some of the movements and tactics will be referring to Tekken: Blood Vengeance. So do not be surprised that the default view of each character, specifically Devil Jin and Kazuya Mishima, feels different than ever before. Maybe the team to watch Devilman Digital Frontier before working Tekken: Blood Vengeance until there is a resemblance.

Btw, although called a demo version, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Prologue still has the trophy to be collected for a deck that enjoy it, though not until the platinum. In it, gamers will only see the arcade mode with about 6 stage. Level of detail is quite impressive, with a blur effect an appropriate and effective is raised when a certain character movement.
